About Matthew Baker (IT Service Delivery Manager, Komatsu):

Matthew has been working as an IT professional for the last fourteen years, initially in a number of support roles including Network and Infrastructure Management. More recently he has been responsible for Change and Problem Management within Komatsu Australia. He presently holds the role of Service Delivery Manager, in charge of Komatsu's ongoing ITIL and IT Project Management Office implementation and development activities.
