At the Internet Show last week I listened to this presentation form Janne Lehtosalo, Head of consumer engagement – Middle East, Africa & India, Nokia

The presentation looks at various aspects of a campaign and how to turn negative feedback into a positive outcome as well as the implications of a successful campaign.

Nokia's key believes when it comes to building a Social Media Campaign are to:

  1. keep learning to understand my community better.
  2. continuous flow of truthful, relevant and useful stories to my community.
  3. react fast to my community needs.
  4. be passionate about my brand.
