Here's the question that marketing executives are always asking themselves. Measuring brand value and customer relationships can define the best path for your business. And, of course, differentiates which ones will have a successful marketing strategy.

The biggest brands in the world use different tools such as BI, CRM, Social Media and others to ensure that keep loyal customers. What are the most valuable brands in the world doing to keep their clients engaged with their products?

Google, for example, guaranteed the third position in a raking of 28 leading brands on the survey elaborated by BrandZ and Millward Brown Optimor.

What happened?  Besides the successful online customer relationship strategy that Google executes, according to the article, Google recently acquired Motorola Mobility, and is going to develop mobile devices that run on the Android platform.
