The companies selected for best practice following this survey’s initial evaluation next receive a call, email or online chat from a contracted professional under the guise of a “mystery customer”, charged with evaluating quality of the services provided.
The selection of Teleperformance was based on factors such as employee satisfaction and strategic usage of contact centers.
