National Car Rental: National Car Rental's loyalty program is the Emerald Club. Joining the Emerald Club allows you to experience many benefits including: choosing your car and only paying the midsize rate, bypassing the counter, faster returns, no second driver fees, and members-only special offers. Frequent renters can be upgraded to Executive and Executive Elite status. These renters receive even more benefits. My favorite part about this loyalty program is going down the aisle and picking any car you want for the midsize rate!
InterContinental Hotels and Resorts: InterContinental Hotels and Resorts' loyalty program is called Ambassador. The downside to this program is the membership fee being $200! However, there are many advantages. Members are able to upgrade to superior rooms, receive a late check-out of 4PM, complete an instant check-in and check-out, and receive an in-room welcome gift, a free movie per stay, complimentary internet, and complimentary breakfast! The best part is once you enroll you receive a free weekend night gift certificate that is valid for 12 months after the date of issue. Even with the membership fee they won me over with the late check-out!
Neiman Marcus: Neiman Marcus has a customer loyalty card (InCircle) for those who have some extra money to spend. You earn two points for every $1 you spend on your Neiman Marcus or Bergdorf Goodman credit card. For every 10,000 points you rack up they will send you a $100 gift certificate! There are different circles of the program that you can reach. The more you spend, the higher your circle is, the higher your circle is, the more rewards you receive! One of the benefits of a Circle Two, or higher, member is a perk card. They are basically gift cards you are allowed to spend on select services at Neiman Marcus. With a high membership you can even pick a day where you want points to be doubled!
