In Customer Engagement, Data & Analytics, Loyalty & CRM by Sara

Would you walk 500 miles for this loyalty program? Wright, Andy These days it seems like everywhere you turn someone is offering you a "new, great deal!" by signing up for a loyalty program. Sign up to save money, get coupons, build reward points and next thing you know, you've got 30 different cards stuffed into your wallet and a keychain that weighs more than a dumbbell filled with swipe tags. But what if you could change all of that? What if, by joining one loyalty program, you get the benefits of all of the others? Not only that, what if your program offered you key incentives and rewards based on your own personal needs? That's what Andy Wright and the team at LoyaltyOne are doing with the continued expansion of the AIR MILES Reward Program.

As President of AIR MILES, Andy Wright is responsible for managing Client Services Account Management & Analytic Solutions, Marketing & Rewards, Business Development and AIR MILES for Social Change. Originally from the UK, Andy is a marketing services veteran with over 30 years of experience. He has a passion for data and a strong belief that loyalty programs are one of the most powerful ways to capture data that can then be used across the enterprise to improve the customer experience and drive customer intimacy. As a driving force behind the growing merger of loyalty and Big Data, Andy is creating new ways for AIR MILES to better service their customers in unique and personalized ways.

Andy has spent the last 12 years in the United States and most recently held the position of CEO of Hawkeye Channel Practice, an agency specializing in channel marketing programs for major technology firms. Previously, he was the president of Carlson Marketing’s U.S. loyalty business and has also held several senior management positions with various marketing agencies and marketing analytics specialist organizations, such as Euro RSCG, Brann Worldwide and CACI respectively.
