      Hi Ross,

      Glad you enjoyed the article.
      In terms of an Australian event, we no longer run them ourselves as another events company has taken them over. However, after doing some digging for you, they are hosting a Retail World this year – which is twinned with Cards & Payments Australasia.

      I can’t guarantee it’ll be focused upon customers and loyalty, but it’s free to take a look at the programme and brochure, so hopefully you’ll find something informative there.
