On 9th April the freshly renamed Terrapinn Training (formerly The MBA Training Company), held its first Breakfast Briefing specific to the Loyalty industry. At only an hour in length, the event provided a brief introduction to 3 burning industry topics, followed by discussion between attendees, a member of our faculty Mike Atkin and members of the Terrapinn Training team.

The "informal and intimate"1 setting appealed to professionals from a range of sectors, who attended to network and discuss current loyalty trends with like-minded people. Companies that attended included Deloitte, American Express, Avis Budget and Harrods.
The breakfast took place at the Radisson Blu Vanderbilt Hotel alongside the 3 day MBA in Loyalty, and ran from 8 – 9am with general discussion continuing until 10. Attendees returned to work with fresh ideas and contacts for future partnerships.
