Total Customer’s Secret May Meet-up

Last night Total Customer hosted a highly successful secret meet-up in the wonderful Soho venue of Kettner's, a beautiful 1920s styled champagne bar.

Big names from big brands and companies that all focused around the world of customer loyalty were in attendance, including the illustrious Sir Stuart Rose. There was even a chance to get hands on with the brand new HTC Facebook phone courtesy of CloudTags.

And, of course, there was a free bar to help lubricate the conversation.

It was such a successful evening, with attendees having a great time, that we've decided to do it all again!

So, taking place on Tuesday 28th May from 6pm till 8pm in a Secret Central London location you'll get a chance to share drinks, nibbles and conversation with the heads of marketing, loyalty, digital, CRM, multi-channel, mobile and e-commerce.

They'll be coming from Europe's most interesting retailers, airlines, hotels, leisure & entertainment, banks, financial services, FMC, telecoms operators, travel agencies and utilities – providing you with ample networking opportunities.

Just like last time where we held impromptu roundtable discussions around customer loyalty, the topic of discussion this time focuses around the latest trends in omni-channel retailing.
