Speaking at Retail World Africa 2013, Nestlé’s Caoi Facci speaks about what consumers really want from a brand.

It’s no longer about just the quality and brand message, it’s all about the encapsuling company. They want social responsible, green, clean and ethcial companies to produce their goods and being transparant as a business is key.

Engaging with customers and sympathising with how they buy and shop is important. Because of this they need one unified message across all channels, a seamless omni-channel approach.
