Loyalty schemes are certainly welcomed by customers all around the world, but in this battle between the high-street and online, one group of retailer has been falling by the wayside: the Independent Retailer.
At long last, it seems that they too could be finding a way to entice customers into their store thanks to local loyalty card schemes spreading through lucrative markets.
It’s interesting to see just how popular these schemes are and how fast they’re spreading. Perhaps there’s space for both the big and the small retailer on our streets?
