It looks like Twitter, the 140-character social networking service, has taken Facebook's head of consumer and mobile marketing, Kate Jhaveri.
Joining the Californian tech company as director of consumer marketing, this only bolsters Twitter's approaches to monetise the service.
Jhaveri worked at Facebook for three years and led the company's marketing offers, credits products and the preferred marketing developers program.
Prior to that, she spent seven years working at Microsoft in the marketing department and a year at Apple on the Macbook marketing team too.
It's clear that she has a solid background in tech marketing, and as such should be a perfect fit for that little blue bird.
What does this move mean for you though?
Well, at first, not an awful lot, but it signifies that Twitter is preparing to really create new and engaging ways to market to its millions of users. I'm sure you don't need to be informed of just how good an opportunity this could present you with in terms of advertising.
