We were excited to have Schwark Satyavolu, Global Head of Rewards and Offers & Global Products and Solutions at MasterCard, as one of our opening keynotes at last year’s Mexico’s Customer Festival.
Schwark gave a presentation titled “The future of loyalty – using technology and intelligence to create successful partnerships” to a captive audience of Mexico’s biggest brands.
Schwark is responsible for all MasterCard rewards and offers efforts around the globe, including their issuer rewards programs, card linked offer initiatives, enterprise offer platforms, cross-border programs, merchant-funded initiatives, and offer redemption services, point and other rewards-based loyalty initiatives.
